At TrendyThreats, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-made products that meet your expectations.
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will be happy to replace or refund it.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund if:

The product you received is defective or damaged.

The item is incorrect (wrong design, color, or size from what you ordered).

The print quality or product material is clearly below expected standards.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

You must provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size or color ordered by the customer.

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Minor differences in color or placement due to digital mockup variations.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Every item is custom printed specifically for you, so please double-check your order details before checkout.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Photos showing the problem (defect, misprint, or damage)
Our customer support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.
If your claim is approved, we will:

Issue a replacement at no extra cost, OR

Provide a full or partial refund to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

Please first check your tracking link and local postal office.

If the package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
However, we are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Order Cancellations
Because our products go into production immediately after order confirmation, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges since all products are made to order.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it for free — you do not need to return the original.
